Dead by Daylight is pulling Chucky from sale on November 24

Chucky is leaving the Dead by Daylight store. Behaviour Interactive says the Chucky Chapter and all its associated content will be removed from in-game and first-party stores on November 24, 2026.

The announcement went out in posts across social media and followed rumors that the killer doll was on his way out.

"We welcomed The Good Guy out of his box and into The Fog nearly three years ago, but it's now time for the Chucky Chapter to leave the shelf," Behaviour said.

If you already bought him, you're fine. "Any content unlocked before that date will remain available to use in-game," the studio added.

An FAQ from the developer spells out what goes away. The Good Guy himself won't be purchasable, and neither will the outfits and cosmetics he's picked up since arriving in 2023.

He isn't being abandoned outright. Behaviour says bug fixes will still be supported, but no future add-ons are coming for the character.

The news lands just months after Dead by Daylight lost Michael Myers, which helps explain why some players are upset about another licensed killer heading off the shelf.

So if you've been meaning to grab Chucky or one of his outfits, you have until November 24 to do it.
